So far I know Mary can't manage in person but might be able to manage across a videolink or electronic connection after 12 noon. I don't think Rachel can manage at all. Susan has to go at 1pm.

I think I've just worked out how to add to this. I think I could manage by 10ish - traffic permitting. I will have to be gone by 3 at the latest. Joyce

we did some work on understanding how to use the wiki better and then looked at how we wanted to proceed and how we could communicate that to those of you that couldn't make it.
